Xelyvaron does not act as a broker, custodian, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and no element of the Service should be interpreted as such.

Eligibility and Account Use

Subscriptions and Payment
Certain tiers of the Service may require payment of recurring or one-time fees. All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to purchase or subscription renewal.
Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale, fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. Xelyvaron reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
Failure to settle outstanding fees may result in suspension or restriction of access to paid features.

Ownership of the Platform
All software, models, interfaces, documentation, and content comprising the Service are the property of Xelyvaron or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Xelyvaron grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own internal purposes. No other rights are granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Trading and Market Risk
Trading and investing in financial markets carries substantial risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance of any strategy, indicator, or model is not indicative of future results.
Outputs generated by the Service are based on historical data, statistical modelling, and probabilistic assumptions, all of which carry inherent limitations and may not account for unforeseen market conditions.

Your Responsibilities
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xelyvaron and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Suspension and Termination
Xelyvaron may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or the operation of the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, liability limitations, and indemnification, shall survive.

Severability
