Questions about the Xelyvaron terminal
Straight answers on access, methodology, pricing, and how our risk tooling fits into your existing workflow.
Before you get started
The items below cover the questions we hear most often from traders and analysts evaluating Xelyvaron. If something isn't addressed here, reach out via the contact page.
What exactly does Xelyvaron do?
Xelyvaron is a data analysis and decision-support platform. It ingests market data, runs it through calibrated models, and surfaces structured output — probability ranges, risk flags, and scenario breakdowns — so you can make better-informed trading and investment decisions. It does not place trades or manage funds on your behalf.
Is Xelyvaron a signal provider or an automated trading bot?
No. Xelyvaron is an analysis and decision-optimisation tool, not an automated execution system. Every output is intended as input to your own judgement, not as an instruction to buy or sell. You remain in control of every position.
Who is the platform built for?
Xelyvaron is built for traders and investors who already have a process and want calibrated, transparent risk tooling layered on top of it — from independent operators to small desks evaluating structured data for the first time.
Do I need a technical or quant background to use it?
No specialist background is required to read the output. The interface is designed to present model results in plain, structured terms. That said, users with a stronger grasp of statistics and risk concepts will generally extract more value from the detail views.
How is the underlying model calibrated?
Calibration details and methodology notes are outlined in the Advantages section of this site. In short, models are built around transparent, documented logic rather than opaque "black box" signals, and are reviewed on an ongoing basis as data and conditions evolve.
What markets or instruments does Xelyvaron cover?
Coverage depends on the data feeds configured for your account. During onboarding we confirm which markets and instrument types are relevant to your workflow before you begin relying on the output.
How do I get access to the terminal?
Use the "Access Terminal" button in the navigation to start the process. You'll be guided through account setup, after which the onboarding team confirms your configuration before full access is granted.
Is there a trial or demo available?
Availability of trial access depends on current onboarding capacity. Reach out via the contact page and we'll let you know what options are open at the time of your enquiry.
How is my data and account information handled?
We outline how information is collected, used, and retained in our Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing it before completing onboarding so you understand exactly what is stored and why.
Can I cancel or change my access level later?
Yes. Terms around changes, pauses, and cancellation are set out in our Terms of Service. If you need something clarified beyond what's documented there, contact the team directly.
Does Xelyvaron guarantee trading results?
No. Xelyvaron provides analytical output intended to support, not replace, your own decision-making. All trading and investing carries risk, and no output from the platform should be treated as a guarantee of any outcome.
Who do I contact if I still have questions?
Visit the Contact page for the current channels available. We aim to route questions to the right part of the team as quickly as possible.
